Since the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties way back in 2007, Tudor Edward has been at the forefront of providing a compliant, straightforward and helpful certification service.
Qualified to Level 5 in energy assessment for commercial buildings, using dynamic simulation modelling (DSM) we can work with clients to provide certificates on all kinds of buildings from small office suites and retail units to blocks, shopping centres, industrial estates, warehousing and manufacturing premises.
With more than 30,000 certificates behind us, we have developed a clear and sensible approach to understanding the needs of clients, whether it be a single EPC as part of a sale or refinancing, compliance with other requirements or legislation, or advice on the impact of proposed changes to a building.
